Configuration

Choose Your Server

Click the server selector to choose a specific region. For best performance, select the closest server. For geo-specific access, choose the region you need.

Enable Kill Switch

Go to Settings → Security → Kill Switch and set to Strict. This prevents any data leakage if the VPN disconnects.

Auto-Connect on Startup

Enable Settings → General → Start with Windows and Auto-connect to ensure you're always protected.

Split Tunneling

If needed, go to Settings → Split Tunnel to configure which apps or domains bypass the VPN.

System Tray

VynVPN lives in your system tray for quick access:

  • **Green shield** — Connected and protected
  • **Red shield** — Disconnected
  • **Right-click** — Quick connect/disconnect, change server, open settings

Troubleshooting

  • **Won't connect** — Check firewall allows VynVPN through (UDP 443, TCP 443)
  • **Slow speeds** — Try a different server region or protocol
  • **App won't start** — Run as administrator, or reinstall
  • **Kill switch blocking internet** — Reconnect VPN or disable kill switch temporarily in settings

Uninstall

If needed: Settings → Apps → VynVPN → Uninstall. All configurations and credentials are removed.
